The lake is 64 acres, with a 21-acre beach, a splash pad, a fishing dock and the 21,000-square-foot Beach Club. West Beach adds volleyball and basketball courts.
Beyond the water, there’s over 265 acres of open space, 30 parks and playgrounds, and a 22-kilometre pathway system through natural wetlands. Mahogany Urban Village has a Sobeys, a Shoppers Drug Mart and restaurants, and the South Health Campus is just minutes away.
