Skyview Ranch sits in Calgary’s new north, with Métis Trail on its west side, 60 Street NE to the east, Redstone to the north and Cityscape to the south. Country Hills Boulevard runs through the middle. Building got going around 2011, and 82% of homes standing at the 2021 Census were built between 2011 and 2021.
Calgary International Airport is about seven minutes away, Stoney Trail is minutes away, and CrossIron Mills and Costco are about 10 minutes north. The Genesis Centre, a 225,000 sq. ft. recreation centre, is in nearby Saddle Ridge.
