Life in Cedarbrae
Cedarbrae sits in southwest Calgary between 24 Street SW and Tsuut’ina Trail, from Southland Drive down to Anderson Road. The land was annexed in the 1950s and the community was established in 1973. About 57% of homes were built between 1961 and 1980 and 26% in the 1980s.
Half the homes are detached bungalows and split-levels, and a quarter are semi-detached, which makes Cedarbrae a good place to find a lower-priced home with a yard. The community association is on Oakfield Drive, Glenmore Reservoir parks and the Rockyview General Hospital are a short drive north, and Stoney Trail and Anderson Road connect you across the city.

Cedarbrae Real Estate Market
The benchmark prices below are CREB®’s own community-level figures for Cedarbrae wherever CREB® publishes one; any home type without enough sales this month uses the South district instead, and months of supply and the sales-to-new-listings ratio are district figures. These are CREB®’s published figures, not my estimates. If you want to know what homes on a particular street have actually sold for, ask me and I’ll pull the recent sales.
