Life in Evanston
Evanston is part of the Symons Valley growth area in northwest Calgary. Panorama Hills and Hidden Valley are across Stoney Trail to the southeast, and Sage Hill is to the west. It’s newer than the established communities to the south, with modern detached homes and townhomes, and ponds and wetlands built right into the neighbourhood.
Who It's Right For
It’s a great fit for young families who want a newer home, and for buyers who want easy Stoney Trail access to the rest of the city without paying inner-city prices.
