Martindale Real Estate Market
The benchmark prices below are CREB®’s own community-level figures for Martindale wherever CREB® publishes one; any home type without enough sales this month uses the North East district instead, and months of supply and the sales-to-new-listings ratio are district figures. These are CREB®’s published figures, not my estimates. If you want to know what homes on a particular street have actually sold for, ask me and I’ll pull the recent sales.

Yes. Martindale station on the Blue Line opened in 2012, and Saddletowne station is just north of the community.
What do homes in Martindale cost?
CREB®’s October 2026 benchmarks are $509,000 for detached homes (Martindale) and $328,400 for row and townhouses (North East district). Where CREB® doesn’t publish a Martindale-only figure, I’ve used the district benchmark. I’m happy to pull recent sales for the homes you’re looking at.
Is it a buyer’s or seller’s market in Martindale?
In October 2026, detached homes in the North East district had 4.23 months of supply and a 53.97% sales-to-new-listings ratio (CREB®). As a rough guide, under about 3 months of supply favours sellers, 3 to 4 months is balanced, and over about 4 months starts to favour buyers. Townhomes and condos can behave differently, so ask me for the numbers on the type of home you want.
