Temple Real Estate Market
The benchmark prices below are CREB®’s own community-level figures for Temple wherever CREB® publishes one; any home type without enough sales this month uses the North East district instead, and months of supply and the sales-to-new-listings ratio are district figures. These are CREB®’s published figures, not my estimates. If you want to know what homes on a particular street have actually sold for, ask me and I’ll pull the recent sales.

What do homes in Temple cost?
CREB®’s October 2026 benchmarks are $513,500 for detached homes (Temple) and $415,100 for semi-detached homes (North East district). Where CREB® doesn’t publish a Temple-only figure, I’ve used the district benchmark. I’m happy to pull recent sales for the homes you’re looking at.
Is it a buyer’s or seller’s market in Temple?
In October 2026, detached homes in the North East district had 4.23 months of supply and a 53.97% sales-to-new-listings ratio (CREB®). As a rough guide, under about 3 months of supply favours sellers, 3 to 4 months is balanced, and over about 4 months starts to favour buyers. Townhomes and condos can behave differently, so ask me for the numbers on the type of home you want.
