Falconridge Real Estate Market
The benchmark prices below are CREB®’s own community-level figures for Falconridge wherever CREB® publishes one; any home type without enough sales this month uses the North East district instead, and months of supply and the sales-to-new-listings ratio are district figures. These are CREB®’s published figures, not my estimates. If you want to know what homes on a particular street have actually sold for, ask me and I’ll pull the recent sales.
