Life in Inglewood

Inglewood is perfect if you love character and culture. Think century-old brick storefronts, antique shops, live music and a walkable strip along 9th Avenue SE, with the Bow River pathways, Pearce Estate Park and the Inglewood Bird Sanctuary right behind it. Homes are a mix of original bungalows, character infills and row-style townhomes, but most of what sells here is detached.

Who It's Right For

It’s a good fit if you want a walkable inner-city neighbourhood with its own character instead of a high-rise. Renovators and infill buyers like it too, because of the mix of heritage homes and redevelopment lots close to downtown and East Village.
