Signal Hill is a mature southwest community that was mostly built through the 1990s. It’s known for all the shopping at Westhills and Signal Hill Centre, established schools, and quick access to Stoney Trail and the Trans-Canada Highway heading to the mountains. Homes are a mix of detached houses, townhomes and low-rise condos across Signal Hill, Signal Ridge and Sienna Hills.
